Clinical Mental Health Counselor
I am a Canadian-born mental health counselor based in Athens, Greece, dedicated to helping people reconnect with their inner strengths, wisdom, and sense of Self. My primary approaches draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), however I also incorporate techniques from Family Systems Theory, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Depth Psychology and am using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping).
My counseling style is flexible and adaptive, tailored to support each individual’s unique needs and goals while providing a safe, compassionate and judgment-free space.
I recognize that life can be exciting, challenging, beautiful, and painful all at once, and I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and walking alongside you as you navigate the journey of life.

Internal Family Systems
IFS is a gentle, empowering approach that helps us understand the different parts of ourselves: the voices, feelings, and patterns that live within us. In counseling, I guide people to meet these parts with curiosity and compassion, opening the way for healing, balance, and connection to their true Self.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT helps us notice unhelpful thought patterns and shift them in ways that support a healthier mindset and choices. In counseling, we work together to build practical skills and perspectives that make everyday challenges easier to navigate.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness invites us to slow down, notice the present moment, and meet our thoughts and feelings with gentle awareness. In counseling, I often use meditations, guided visualizations, breathing practices, and tapping (EFT) to ease stress, calm the mind, and create space for new perspectives.

Through my virtual office, I’m able to connect with people from anywhere in the world. I use a secure, confidential platform that is HIPAA and GDPR compliant, offering you a safe and private space for counseling, no matter where you are located.
